Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct, we may not be able to edit the orders before they're shipped out. Please make sure full address are provided and correct.

We may not be able to make changes to your order after it is confirmed as our team will have already started processing your order, please make sure the items added are correct and in the correct sizes. According to our return policy, we unfortunately do not allow returns for clearance items as they are final sale.

Pre-order items have their shipping date in the description.

If your order has a pre-order item, all the items will be shipped together on the dispatch day of the pre-order item. If you wish to split up the order, there will be an additional shipping cost

We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

Shipping fees may be charged

Our prices change in response to demand, fashion trends, inventory, and promotions, so unfortunately we will not refund or credit the difference between your purchase price and the current price available.
